Ty and Karen have been married since 1992 and have two young children: Zachary and Caroline Elizabeth. Ty has served at Bear Creek since 2007 and is responsible for leading the pastors and directors in our adult, student, children, and preschool areas. His educational background is in biblical studies, organizational leadership, and counseling. Ty earned a Master of Arts from Regent University.
